Pressure USA works directly with Braintree through PayPal, and all the sensitive information like credit card information, addresses, and emails, will only be protected by PayPal. We only accept United States currency (US Dollars).
Shipping Policy
All orders over $100 ship with no delivery charge. Outside of this promotion, goods ordered from us are normally subject to a delivery charge of $11.95. A single delivery charge will be made for items that are not delivered together.
Items ordered directly from pressureusa.com website will be delivered from our warehouse to the delivery address you entered during the order process. Purchased items typically ship within 1-5 business days and cannot be cancelled once shipped. It is Pressure USA’s choice which carrier/delivery company they chose to deliver with, these companies are FedEx, UPS or USPS, although most of the time, products will be shipped via FedEx Standard (Ground).
Pressure washer parts and accessories are currently available for delivery to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States only. We are not shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.
Return policy
Only pressure washer products made directly from this site (pressureusa.com) are eligible for return and refund.
Returns and refunds for products sold on https://www.pressureusa.com/ are at the sole discretion of Company Reliable Technical Support
A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be requested by email listed on your purchase receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Products damaged by misuse, abuse, or regular wear and tear will not be accepted for return or refund. Upon incident of manufacturer defect, the pressureusa.com store Return/Refund Representatives will award you a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are credited back to customers Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards. A customer can either choose to get a full refund on the manufacturer defected product, or exchange the damaged product for a new one free of charge. If you receive the wrong order, or ordered the wrong product, contact us by email to request your RGA form, and return the part/product within 30 days (the product should be returned in a new un-installed condition in order to receive credit) from the receipt of the items. Any returns between 31-45 days are subject to 20% restock fee. No credit will be given after 45 days after the receipt has been issued.
Special orders, or orders that are requested that are not in our online shops inventory, will not be able to be returned or refunded. Nevertheless, special orders can still be ordered through email or by phone, but cannot be returned or refunded as listed above.
